We want you to be happy with LetterCraft. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to first‑time purchases of a paid plan and to plan renewals on the same terms.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us via our contact form and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After the refund window
After the 30‑day window you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access to paid features until then. Refunds outside the 30‑day window may still be granted at our or Paddle's discretion, or where required by applicable consumer law.
