Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026‑05‑07

1. Service

LetterCraft provides a newsletter generator and related sending tools. The service is operated by Benjamin Zingsem, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). When you use LetterCraft you are entering into an agreement with Benjamin Zingsem.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing or otherwise using LetterCraft you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Continued use of the service after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LetterCraft to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, harassment, illegal content, or content that infringes third‑party rights. You must not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service, reverse engineer it, circumvent technical limits, or resell access without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Plans, billing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle will appear on your card statement and issues invoices on our behalf.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle. Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Quotas reset monthly. Cancelling a subscription stops further renewals; access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Email compliance

When sending emails through LetterCraft, you are the sender of record. You must comply with all applicable rules including consent, sender identification, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

7. Content ownership

You own the newsletter content you create. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, process and transmit that content solely to provide the service. We retain ownership of LetterCraft itself, including its software, branding and documentation.

8. Generative AI outputs

LetterCraft uses AI models to draft newsletter content from the inputs you provide. You are responsible for your prompts, the inputs you upload, verifying the accuracy of outputs, and confirming you have the necessary rights to any input content. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice. You must not use the service to generate unlawful content, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, malware, or content that infringes third‑party rights. We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and suspend accounts that misuse these features.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetterCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non‑payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
